Orders will be shipped via letter post within 5 business days of receipt of payment.
By Maysa uses regular letter post for sending parcels.
Please note that there is no Track & Trace code available for letter post shipments.
The customer will receive an email confirmation once the order has been shipped.
Shipping costs are clearly displayed during the ordering process and are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated.

Did you place your order less than half an hour ago? No problem! Contact our Customer Service directly, and we will do our best to cancel the order before it is processed. We are here to help you and make any changes as soon as possible.

At By Maysa we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.
However, if you are not satisfied, you can return your order under the following conditions:
• Return period: You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
• Return instructions: Please contact us within 48 hours at info@bymaysa.com to receive return instructions. Without prior contact, we unfortunately cannot process your return.
• Costs: The costs for the return shipment are for the customer.
• Refund: After receiving your return shipment, you will receive a gift voucher for the value of the returned item, to be used in our webshop.
If there is anything wrong with any of the jewelry (damaged or defective), please let us know as soon as possible via info@bymaysa.com so we can resolve this.

This will be made available on the payment page so you can select which form of proof is most convenient for you.
