1. General
These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements of By Maysa. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these general terms and conditions.

3. Payment
The customer can choose from different payment methods during the checkout process.
Payment receipts will be provided on the payment page.
The customer must make full payment before the order is shipped.
4. Shipping
Orders will be shipped within 5 business days after receipt of payment. By Maysa uses letter post for shipping jewelry.
The customer will receive an email confirmation once the order has been shipped.
Please note that there is no Track & Trace code available for letter post shipments.
Shipping costs are clearly displayed during the ordering process and are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated.
5. Returns
• Return period: Customers have the right to return a product within 14 days of receipt.
• Returns procedure: The customer must contact By Maysa within 48 hours of deciding to return for return instructions.
• Costs: Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Refunds: Refunds will be made in the form of a gift card that can be used for future purchases at By Maysa.
6. Complaints and defects
If a defect is found in a product, the customer must report this as soon as possible, but within 48 hours of receipt, by e-mail to info@bymaysa.com. By Maysa will assess the complaint and, if justified, ensure an appropriate solution.
7. Warranty
By Maysa offers a guarantee on jewelry in accordance with legal provisions. This guarantee expires if damage is caused by incorrect use or normal wear and tear.
8. Liability
By Maysa is not liable for damage caused by incorrect use of the products. Our liability is always limited to the amount of the purchase of the product in question.
9. Applicable law and disputes
All agreements are subject to Dutch law. Disputes are preferably resolved by mutual agreement. If that is not possible, disputes can be submitted to the competent Dutch court.
10. Changes to the general terms and conditions
By Maysa reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be published on the website in a timely manner.
